Primero hablemos de la película. Rachel es una trabajólica a más no poder, tanto así que a segundos de caminar hacia el altar está hablando por celular con un cliente. El novio se da cuenta que no quiere casarse con alguien que solo está pendiente del trabajo y a Rachel la dejan plantada.

Para sumar más confusión a la vida de Rachel, en su no matrimonio aparece su papá, quien la abandonó cuando ella tenía 5 años. Sintiéndose sola, Rachel sale a emborracharse con su papá y terminan juntos en el crucero que se suponía sería su luna de miel.

To add more confussion to her life, there’s a guest in her not wedding day, her dad showed up after 26 years. Feeling alone, Rachel goes out to get drunk with her dad and they end up together on the cruise that was supposed to be her honeymoon.

Like father es una película liviana, pero que toca temas como priorizar el trabajo y no darse cuenta de las otras cosas que hay en la vida, de la soledad, y segundas oportunidades.

Like faher is a light movie, but it talks about topics such as prioritize the job and left out the other stuff that life has to offer, about loneliness and second chances.
